The Atlantic Puffin card should be considered achieved when the player has 10 or more cards with an even-numbered score value. At one point during the game, I had nine in my tableau and one in the event pile, and it didn't count it. I had to add the 10th to my tableau before it awarded the achievement. And my opponent chatted to me about it happening to him as well. Please check into this, and please also confirm that this card doesn't have the same issue when considering the score values of island and climate cards.
