Game number #485512504
I had this exact issue yesterday. I had 3 cards reserved, 5 cards in my hand, but couldn't buy any card or take tokens as there were 2 of the one kind and 3 of the other. I couldn't do anything. Rules says you can skip a turn, which is not available on this site.

Couldn't collect gems. Move didn't go through after multiple refreshes. I was expelled. Not right man. I've had these kinds of issues for the last month or so. I'm a premium member. If you want me to renew, please get the bugs out. Thanks.

I cannot do my move, and it informed me that my time is out and was expelled by an opponent when I have 40 seconds on the clock. I cannot pick any coin, even after refresh for two times, and I cannot understand why I am expelled because I didn’t even receive ‘my clock is negative’ message.

I was playing the game and hit replay from the time before to see which royal my opponent bought. After that the space where she purchased a card in the first row stayed blank and I could not buy any of my reserved cards despite having plenty of jewels, nor could I try to reserve a card or do anything to move the game forward. I told my opponent but they kicked me out. I have a couple screen shots I'll add.
It was game #582980650 just layed on Oct 31, 2024. I tried refreshing the board a few times. I am using Chrome. Never had this issue before. Two screenshots:

These images are after it ended but show pretty much what it looked like except the "Pay" showed "Buy Card"

I also had this issue. I also had 3 reserved cards and 8 tokens. I didn't have enough tokens to buy any card on the board. So basically, I was stuck. There should be some kind of "skip turn" feature and then hope that a new card can be bought. Or any option to get rid of some tokens as a turn.

Bonjour,
L'interface générale indique que c'est à mon tour de jouer mais une fois sur le jeu, il indique que c'est à l'autre joueur de jouer.
De son côté, il dit avoir joué :-/

J'ai essayé de réserver une carte et le temps a continué de s'écouler sans que je puisse activer mon tour tout était gelé. J'ai été éjecté j'ai perdu des points de temps dépassé et j'ai perdu une partie que je gagnais!!

Game started, other player went first, his time expired, I waited and waited, I sent a message asking if he was there, and then finally clicked the button to skip the other player. Right after I clicked the button to skip the other player, the game registered a move they made and then said that I was being skipped for being out of time and it wouldn't let me back in the game. I lost the game, received a penalty, and I was never even allowed to make one move.

Kept pressing confirm button, but the interface would not budge. Lost time thus and was automatically forfeited.

I was playing a 2-person game with a stranger. The interface said it was their turn, but I got a message saying I was timing out. There was no way for me to take a turn. It was frustrating and eventually it said I abandoned the game. Is there a way to remove this from my record? It makes me not want to play again because I don't want it to count against me.

During Splendor Game # 735520092, one of the players had a technical or browser issue, then my screen had red bars telling me F5, and nothing was available for me to do. I do not have any issue with my internet connection. Something blocked my access after another player was blocked as well.

Je joue sur mon téléphone. La carte que j'avais choisie de jouer est restée bloquée à sa place et je ne pouvait rien faire d'autre. Une mise à jour de Bga été en train de se faire mais cela a duré trop de temps et mon temps s'est écoulé, j'ài été expulsée
