That page seems great! Except that the text (and rules as implemented) of the cards there don't match the text or implementation of the game.
I guess they are for different editions or something?
I propose this link is removed, it is very confusing to read about how a card works at the linked rule page and it not being correct on BGA. -

An example is Classified Orders which was played at move 158. How it works on BGA matches the card text on BGA, but the linked FAQ and Card List has a completely different card text and description about how the card should work.
