The loan can be refunded only at the end of the game as per the rules.
25 points for building
2 for Sesterces
-2 for loan
I wasnt able to convert 15 Sesterces to refund the loan at the end of the game
and it is not done automatically .
I made the analysis based on table provided... I have to look then
OK Identified... the last loan wasn't taken into account in the calculation...
Will be fixed in next release. Thanks for the report, though one to see ^^
