I applied Scythe and Grain Thief to a grain field, but only the effect of Scythe was applied and the effect of Grain Thief was ignored. I am not sure what the correct behavior should be, but I think it’s strange that the effect of Grain Thief is ignored.
For reference, when I applied Scythe Worker and Grain Thief, I harvested a grain and received a grain from the general supply. -

Scythe Worker does fine with Grain Thief, but Scythe doesn't. I think it is inconsistent.
