The game had me place a mutant because of an event card. I was then unable to choose rampaging since it caused multiple dinosaurs to rampage. I had to replay moves and then it worked.

I haven't had any luck in reproducing this. Can you help me understand more what you mean by being unable to choose rampaging? Does that mean you weren't able to select a dinosaur to rampage, or unable to select a target for rampage damage? Or something else entirely?
