I'm not sure why i can't open a location. I clicked on a Leviatan token, I got the key, but there is no place where i could click to open a location since this was my third key. Please help

This order of play is reflected in the game and if you reveal a key in your turn, keys are counted after your action
Been able to take a location mid turn could cause all kinds of odd plays
There would be the possibility to take a location, get more keys (from the location, from a lord then purchased) then take another location all in the same turn which I don't feel is allowed based on the rules
