The rulebook don't have a rule for turn-based game, so no one knows how to decide who is first when using same count of movement, but this is important and happened multiple times in my several games, and directly affect the winner of 588891969. So please at least make it clear somewhere how it is to be decided in the progam.

In the last round, arrie_1987 and me both used 8 movements and whoever moved first would win the game. I moved first and I won, but have no idea why it was me.
