The french card graphics are blurry, I recommend to use png instead of jpg.
I have created a new french graphic file, if you like to use them.
Additionally, I would kindly ask for adding some css classes and titles for the cards/colors, so that I might change the view using my CSS properties. -

It might help to compile your image into an png instead of a jpg if you have the original raw data and put some padding, so that the border-round is not interferring with the card number ("10").
BTW, if you want to create another card game, I have created the cards 2,3,4,5, and 6 as well. Though, you should use SVG images that are scaling way nicer.
