Playing with the new Card action that allows me to place a Pavilion on the board as a bonus, it did not give me the yellow board space bonus of gaining 2 reputation points when I covered the one on the lower right of my board. Testing the theory that it may be a bug, I later placed a size 4 enclosure and then tried to cover a bonus space that would allow me to take a card off the display with my bonus pavilion and again it did not give me the space bonus.
