Move ID 52. If you watch the reply, you can see me clicking the undo button but it only goes back to the beginning of the Royal Guard's move. If you watch it through, at no point will you see a restart turn option.

Otherwise, everything has been working great so far.

It's the decision of the designer. It's a competitive game with limited access to undo

If it is too much work, please just say so.

If I am able to take all of my moves without triggering my opponent (e.g. the Bruiser), then there is no good reason to prevent me from taking my moves and then restarting. This is one of the great advantages to playing something like this on BGA.

For me, this a make or break issue on this game.

I agree this is a bad decision. You should be able to undo your turn. Not just one move. It is also not clear on the interface that only one move an be undone.

Just found this out the hard way too. Most games have a single undo option that reverts one's entire turn, which can be a little annoying if it is the only option in a game with long and complex turns, but it's better than just a single undo. This full turn undo should be the default in this game, but oh well, now I know at least.

So... it can't be played in Friendly Mode?

Or are you saying that (for instance) Zenith is not a competitive game?

+1. As long as it doesn't reveal any new information there is no reason why you shouldn't be able to change. Sure a competitive game, but I've never sat across someone and said, "no I won't let you restart your turn"
