When building a building I was given the choice between a large and small building, however, I had already built 2 large buildings. When I chose the large building I was given an error saying that I can only build small buildings. However, the game went ahead and built the large building in the spot I selected, and I paid 5 gears (books used for Nadair power) and received double rewards as would be expected. Afterwards 3 large buildings in my color are on the map.
