If you look at the log, you can see that since move 28 a player scinque never had a turn. The log does not say the player was excluded because they timed out. The player just wasn't active anymore.
Rules of the game literally say everyone should have equal amount of turns which is not the case at the table. And I cannot use replay because of boardgamearena.com/bug?id=172746 -
