I had 2 reserve tiles, one of which had a yellow 3 and was more than enough to complete a yellow set. After playing that tile nothing happened - the game continued asking for my next move. I played the other reserve tile - same. I finally picked a tile from the wheel to end my turn. Normally playing a tile should have ended my turn, but not only that did not happen I also did not get any effects from the free plays. Next turn, I had to add a yellow piece to to my yellow set that already had enough numbers to complete that 3 that I put previously.
