I had played the Handyman Summer Card "All players may build 1 structure at a 2coin discount. You gain 1 victory point for each opponent who does this." With the way it reads, it means the player who plays it should be allowed to build a structure with the discount. However, when I played this, it skipped over allowing me to build and immediately had my opponents chose on the decision.
