In fact it is not me who have this problem. I asked some players and they reported it to me. One of them is TheEqualizer. Games are forced to be abondoned because of this error. Pls solved it asap.

ctn24ctn is also a victim of this incident. He was playing on his iphone at table #109744005 when the error occured. He was using safari.

It was with Safari browser of an Iphone. Had to change to laptop for it to work, refresh didnt work. This is the ss.

Well the point of a bug report is to keep track of all info at a same place, so I am responding here for everyone, don't feel personnaly targetted by my answers.

F5 didn't work, I restarted also the phone.

Did you get an error message about webgl ?
Are you seing anything here : threejs.org/examples/#webgl_animation_cloth ?
What version of google chrome ?

I tried to scroll about 5 times, no error messages.
I've got the last Chrome version on mobile phone (85.0.4183.81), uptaded a few years ago, but I played after updating without any problem.

It happens another time: boardgamearena.com/table?table=109766358

I am not sure to understand : the update of chrome resolved the issue ? (you said you "played after updating without any problem")

Desktop users: does resize the browser window fix it?

Mobile users: does changing device orientation/rotate between landscape and portrait fix it?

Also - all users: Under the top right corner menu with user preferences (where you'd quit the game), there is now a button for "Camera: reset to default". Does this fix the issue?

I played after the Chrome update without any problem.
Only today I have had this problem.

In the afternoon I tried to play with my personal computer and It worked; I joined the same match with my mobile phone and the bug was still there.

Loaded camera position NaN NaN NaN (board.js 709)

Clearing local storage, session storage, and cookies allowed me (after logging back into boardgamearena.com) to resume the game. The log output on reloading included
Saved camera position 19.68 28.21 -0.23 (board.js:698)

(note: we had completed one game successfully; this camera bug manifested on the second game we played. Second game was able to progress after I cleared local store, session store, and cookies for boardgamearena.com).

@fixermark, thanks. Version 200901-0621 is deployed with a fix for this particular problem. Everyone who was able to play the game before but started experiencing problems after we added Clio on 8/30, please give it another try in this version and let me know if the game loads now. You do not need to start a new game, but you may need to clear your browser's cached files (on most browsers, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + Del / Apple + Shift + Backspace).
