lazy scrollers misfire more.

This is true in Windows/Chrome as well. Regardless of how I resize the window, the bottom of the discards always requires scrolling to be visible.

Also, when in stacking mode the board space between the playing field on the left and the cards in hand on right is too large. It makes viewing/playing more difficult. It would be nice to shrink up that space a bit. Thanks.

I am assuming the continued use of the deep blue/purple colour is to tie in with branding. Whilst adding shadow around the numbers might have made the colour more visible they do look a little more glary/blurry as personally I think the number themselves are still too small. The old version had massive numbers and as such the blue background they were on posed no problem - though the multicoloured cards did have a nifty rainbow effect rather than a similar purple!

Also they were listed in chronological discard order and I strongly feel this is important as some players don't pay enough attention to the discard pile whilst playing and we are all guilty of missing a discard from time to time which ends up in not saving unique cards. I feel these slip ups are more probable when the discard pile becomes far less prominent in the game (old version had a bigger discard area than the active piles - but now our eyes are distracted by the artwork and that hidden bomb counter tori thing that they are less drawn towards checking the discard before playing). Coupled to this, an aide-memoire in chronological order is more helpful in deducing cards, i.e. what colour our saved number cards are should it have slipped our mind during a game. Which in turn means we can successfully play these cards without the need to waste another clue to give it's colour say.

TLDR - Discard pile needs major rethink, sizewise/colourwise it needs to be on par with older version to increase legibility and be restful on the eyes, esp for mobile format. Also it is helpful to see discarded cards in chronological rather than numerical order.

Multicolor being marked as purple and not "rainbow" is indeed making it more confusing.

And for sure the display of discards is too small, especially considering it is one of the most important info the players should see.
This display could be larger and placed further up.

On the contrary, the token display seems to be larger than necessary

I would suggest that the values of discarded cards are displayed not in a separate area, but in a column right below the corresponding "played cards" stacks.
So in one vertical look you’d see both what cards have been played and what cards have been discarded in a color.

April 8, 2021, on Firefox 87.0 the Hanabi player's hand and discard deck is below full PC screen and when adjust zoom, player's hand still below screen out of view. Appreciate if this can be rectified.

This was also observed in boardgamearena.com/7/hanabi?table=315834061 with table layout, and on a narrow screen; applying a CSS style of bottom = 10% or 12% to the discard display fixed the issue.

If the bug still occurs, please indicate your screen resolution (e.g. 1080x768) or its ratio.
A must would be a screenshot, as it is very helpful in reproducing and fixing the bug.
