Same here, i did refresh several times, left and come back to the game, no solution found...
Same problem today with this game. We had to quit the game, twice
just gems flying around and are clickable

de même, lorsque je veux voir une partie que joue d'autres joueurs, seulement les cristaux apparaissent.
f5 did not solve the problem. had to abandon three games even though other players had no problem at their end.
