During a trick, Commander lead a trick, seat 2 followed. The log then reports Seat three said "no" (as if they were being asked if they wanted the trick or not in a distributed trick round) and the system wanted seat 4 to play a card. After seat 4 played a card, the commander was asked to play a second card.
THis resulted in seats 2&4 having the right number of cards left in hand, seat three to have 1 too many, and seat 1 one too few.
Mission was 32, which was a commander distributes tricks mission.
Reloading for all 4 players did nothing to address the issue. -
