I double clicked through the clocking interface and skipped placing a slew of tiles in income phase. I had just slaughtered a cow and a sheep and had a bunch of other blue, green, and special tiles which I had painstakingly acquired to fill my island. It should be possible to undo the pass action before income phase, or failing that, there should be a pop-up to confirm you are done placing tiles.

Really, all new tile placement should be undo-able until the income phase. it is too easy to make an uncorrectable mistake.
