Witch costume allows you to reroll if you will be damaged; psychic probe allows reroll after every other player's turn BUT will be discarded if the reroll results in a heart. However, there is no such rule for the witch. i had BOTH the Witch and Pyschic Probe card, rolled a heart on a reroll, and lost BOTH cards--not just the probe.
