I had one completed age 2 wonder and an age 2 wonder under construction. I had no age A or age 1 wonders to affect as the card states. I click my completed age 2 wonder and it says that I must select an age A or age 1 wonder. I click my age 2 under construction wonder and it says I must select a completed wonder. Can no longer progress in game.
