The info text should say "Patron Valerian: Neuroenhancement: All of his Scientists count as Geniuses for all placement and retrieval purposes." (according to the rulebook) but it says "Patron Valerian: Intelligent Exosuits ...."
Just found out that this only happens to the german translation, not the english one!! -
