I went to the black market at the spot with 3 coins, I only had 4 coins. I was also on the last spot on the virtue track so I was going to get a debt. When the interface asked me if I wanted to pay 2 to ignore the debt I only had the undo button not the pass button and the confirm button was not there because I only had 1 coin.

Rapporthistorik
Retried the same operation 3 times and always had the same outcome.
I went to the silversmith instead and did the same action again on the following turn and this time I had undo / pass / confirm because I had enough money.
