As well as an explicit check for when no ships are selected and the user attempts to do that - imgur.com/2EiM5Gn
Possibly due to connection issues somehow Hubert may have ended up ending reorganization without selecting any ships. This will hopefully be prevented in the future with a confirmation dialog.
