Hello Everyone. XxunG has now a new variant, a board 9x4 with a little different rules: OVERVIEW There are two stages to the game. In the first stage players place pieces on the board until it is filled, players then begin stage two by removing pieces from the board. The player to last remove a piece from the board wins. STAGE ONE Starting player places a piece anywhere on the board. Thereafter players must place their piece horizontally or vertically in line with the last piece placed by their opponent. The piece can be placed at any distance and on either side of other pieces. If a player cannot play according to the rules he can place a piece on any empty square and then play continues normally. Once the last piece is placed, the player with the most pieces in that vertical row (not including the last placed piece) starts the second stage. STAGE TWO Players take turns removing their pieces from the board horizontally or vertically in line with the last piece removed from the board by their opponent. When one player is unable to play, the other player wins. If all the pieces are removed from the board, it is the player that removed the last piece that wins. Enjoy the game.
